Delhi/NCR Weather Update: The IMD has issued heavy rain alert in Delhi/NCR. The administration in Gurgaon advised companies to allow work from home.

Rajbala, who experienced the tremors in Jhajjar, said, “I was sitting on my terrace and cleaning something. When everything started shaking vigorously. I had never felt such an earthquake before.”

The quake occurred at 09:04:50 IST on July 10, 2025, with a depth of 10 kilometres. The epicentre was located at latitude 28.63°N and longitude 76.68°E, falling under Jhajjar district.  

He also highlighted India’s push towards green hydrogen as part of its drive for energy independence. Backed by a Rs 19,744 crore National Green Hydrogen Mission, India aims to produce 10 million metric tonnes of green hydrogen and set up electrolyser capacity between 60 GW and 100 GW.
