Weather Forecast: Above normal rainfall likely to be in August-September, says IMD’ Mrutyunjay Mohapatra
According to Mrutyunjay Mohapatra, Director General of the India Meteorological Department (IMD), there will be above-normal rainfall in August-September as well. However, in some parts of Central India like Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra, and Madhya Pradesh, there will be less below-normal rainfall, said Mohapatra.
