Electronics Component Manufacturing Scheme guidelines to be out in a few days: Ashwini Vaishnaw

Minister for Information Technology Ashwini Vaishnaw said on Friday that guidelines for the Electronics Component Manufacturing Scheme are almost ready and will be released in a few days.
