Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Assam on September 13 and 14 and will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of several projects worth Rs 18,000 crore. On September 13, the PM will attend the birth centenary celebrations of Bharat Ratna Dr Bhupen Hazarika at the Veterinary College Field, Khanapara, Guwahati.
