Delhi set to kick off cloud-seeding operation today; here’s what Manjinder Singh Sirsa says

Delhi Environment Minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa said a cloud-seeding operation may take place today if weather in Kanpur improves. The move aims to reduce pollution as  AQI remains in the ‘very poor’ category after Diwali.
