Amid growing tensions between India and Pakistan, UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has expressed concern by saying that “it pains me to see relations reaching a boiling point”. He reiterated the UN’s position in condemning the April 22 attack in Pahalgam in Jammu and Kashmir while extending condolences to the impacted families.
