Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched two key agriculture initiatives – the PM Dhan Dhaanya Krishi Yojana and Mission for Aatmanirbharta in Pulses, worth Rs 35,440 crore to enhance productivity, promote sustainable farming and achieve self-reliance in pulse production. He also inaugurated and laid foundations for projects worth over Rs 6,200 crore across allied sectors.
