‘Went there with limited resources’: Kargil war veteran recalls valour on 26th Vijay Diwas

Reflecting heavy casualties suffered during the conflict,  Kargil war veteran Subedar Dhanesh Yadav stated, “Around 527 soldiers laid their lives and 18 of them were from my battalion, which captured 4 Pakistani posts.”
